Nolanville

The City of Nolanville, Texas, is a growing, vibrant community that maintains the small-town atmosphere in Central Texas's heart. The City of Nolanville is in Bell County, Texas, with an estimated population of around 5,000 and is part of the Killeen-Temple-Fort Hood Metropolitan Area.

Sometime around the 1840s, pioneers and settlers came to the area where they lived off the rich land. In the late 1800s, the railroad broke ground, and the first passenger train made its way through the community. The railroad company then built a depot and named the site “Warren” and in March of 1961, the City of Nolanville was incorporated. Nolanville is slightly less than an hour North of Austin, about 45 minutes South of Waco, and 10 minutes travel time from 2 beautiful recreational lakes, Belton Lake and Stillhouse Hollow Lake. The City is home to 2 elementary schools, a city park, and a Community Center available to the public. Citizens enjoy the beautiful scenery of the Central Texas landscape, the quiet, peaceful, and affordable living, and the friendly community feeling. Today the City strives to live up to the motto of “A Great Place to Live.”
